Encoding to Nero Digital Failed?

Hey all, i was trying to encode some avi,divx,xvid files to nero digital(mpeg-4 with nero Recode) on some part of the process it keeps giving the error "Encoding to Nero Digital Failed" i have the log file:
Size (640,368)
Display Aspect Ratio (640,368)
Deinterlace disabled
Cropping enabled (0, 0, 0, 0)
Resizing enabled (256,144)
Pixel ratio (1,1)
Bitrate: 175537 bps

I am trying to convert 17 episodes of a tv series all about 20-21 mins in length and around 170mb in size, can someone plz help with a solution to fix this error or anything? thanks in advance.

lets go back a step 1st, how about you download avicodec run your 1st file through it and then copy and paste your results into your next post

and is that all the log file you have, wheres the rest
