Motorola v551 muted- No one can hear me talk! Help!

Hi all, I currently own a Motorola v551 Phone with cingular service..the prolem I am having is that whenever I make a call, no one can hear me talk. I have been using the phone with no problems, and then all of a sudden after I hung up, the phone went into some sort of mute mode. I can hear everyone that I call or calls me perfectly, but no one can hear me talk at all. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Try pressing menu > unmute. at least that is how you do it on my E815

My phone did that. I called my cell phone provider and the asked me a couple of questions. I they sent me a refurbed one and I had to send back the one that was acting up.
