Okay let me first start off by saying i am stupid and hope there is someone out there reading this who can help me...
Let me say a couple things before i say my problem.
1. using mechassault
2. using action replay
3. alredy modded my xbox using unleash
4. never backuped C or E drive complety , only backed up BACKUP and Backup_Linux folder
Let me now say what happed ( my problem )
1. wanted to get rid of unleashed and wanted to use evolution.. so i restored my unmodded xbox ( one of the options unleashed )
2. i then deleted my saved hack in my memory card and hdd ( waffle tools )
3. saved the new saved hack ( Software installer deluxe = which has evolution ) then copyed it to hdd
4. started up the game to run linux
5. installed it , etc ,etc
6. never did a backup
7. deleted saved hack from memory card and hdd ( SID )
THIS IS WERE I FUCKED UP
I didn't like the way the SID program was working so i wanted to go back to my waffletools one..
8. this SID program got me pissed because it installed alot of programs and folders etc
9. SO I DELETED ALL MY FILES UNDER E DRIVE
10. ftped from my computer to xbox the Backup and Backup_Linux folder ( me thinking this was the only files E drive needed )
problem
after deleting all the files in my E DRIVE and ftping and putting Backup and Backup_Linux in ( meaning the only files in my e drive is those 2 folders )
1. no dashboard would start up when i boot up my xbox ( because im guessing i deleted the file that starts it up )
2. since no dashboard starts can't acces memory card
3. games will boot if i turn it off and on
4. xbox live won't run ( guessing i deleted the file that will let it run )
5. don't have the saved hack in the xboxs harddrive because i deleted it( so i can't get the mechassault and run linux and install the dashboard to just ftp back the files need )
conclusion
so since i deleted my e drive i can't
1. run dashboard, so i can't access my memory card
2. run xbox live, so i can't download onto hdd
3. ftp because there is no dashboard
but i could
1. boot games ( cds)
so i have come to the conclusion that i am fucked unless there is a way that i can put the files i need in my E drive by
1. using a game that lets me access my memory card
2. USING A CD that can put the files i need in my E drive or
3. by using a CD that has a dashboard on it so i can ftp and send the files im missing to my E drive
This is what i think i have no idea if i am wrong or right... now i've tryed looking online and everything. but there is no one out there stupid enough like me ( lol )that deletes there whole e drive without backing it up first.
if anyone out there knows a way i can fix this please help me...my aim is UZOHOE ... thanks in advance
