I need a 15 second video clip form a 1gig vob file. How would I go about doing that? I'm trying to make a gif from one of my fav anime.

I've downloaded lots of freeware but it doesn't work.
Any help at all will do.

load your VOB into *Virtualdub Mod* and extract it as an avi
