I didn't check out every tutorial you have, so you may have covered it, but I know that one of the biggest pain I have is doing key-framming in the editing window. But other than that it looks like you did a damn good job of covering all the basics.
Oh~@! the new features that I'm waiting for for the new release in PP2 is the Multicam and Native HDV editing, and now the new User Interface is a bonus for me. Of course they are many new features in PP2, you can check it out here:
