Ok, Umm I don't know any programs for DVD authoring so i was wondering what was the easiest to use and has the best performance

thanks for the help!!!

Also i have a bunch of FugiFilm DVD-R discs......They probobly arn't that good but just wondering if it will work

Depending on what your trying to do - Nero should work. A lot of members here use it - even has it's own forum!
Now the Fuji well maybe you got lucky and bought ones made by Taiyo Yuden if not they'll probably be iffy.
