I have been experiencing an error when logging on.
I cannot figure out how to get rid of it much less where it came from?!
It is labeled as RUNDULL error?
Can anyone HELP!! It drives me nuts when I log on.
Also I have a horrible time with my computer running slow. I try to keep things deleted, but my computer is basically for personal use and not business. I do not have alot on it that should cause this. I mostly use it for simple things and internet use. I have also tried to keep my cookies and recycle bin cleaned out because I was told that This could make it slow down.

Is there something that I am missing or a program that will keep this from happening?? I have PCBug Doctor? and PC Power Suite? I have no idea if they are worth a hoot??!!!
ANY SUGGESTIONS??!!

Never heard of PCBug Doctor, or Power Suite, but it does sound like your system needs some TLC from some well established, and reputable utilities.

Those two programs work well together. Download the free programs, install, update, then run one and then the other. Take note: If you have your XP's security notifications turned off (firewall/AV/Windows Updates) in the control panel, Spybot will detect this and place them on the list marked in Red. Just simply uncheck them, or Spybot will turn that service back on.

One of the better registry cleaners/tweakers out there. Just download, and extract to a folder. Also cleans index.dat files from IE, tweaks registry settings, adds right click menu options....etc.

After that's done...run over to an AV site like Panda Software, and run one of their online scanners to make sure your system isn't affected by a virus.

Thanks for the help

I downloaded these programs from slysoft.com and they were not free. I guess I got took huh?
Well lesson learn I will check here from now on about programs before downloading

should i uninstall and get rid of these programs?

HELLO AGAIN!

WELL I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT WAS SUGGESTED. I DOWNLOADED ADAWARE AND Spybot AND REGSEEKER. I HAVE RAN ALL 3 AND THEN WENT TO PANDA SOFTWARE AND DID A SCAN. IT DID SAY THAT I HAD MALICIOUS SPYWARE, SURPRISE SURPRISE. THEN I SAVED THE SCAN TO REFER BACK TO AS I TRIED TO DELETE THESE THINGS. MY COMPUTER IS RUNNING A LITTLE MORE EFFICIENT NOW BUT I STILL GET THIS STUPID ERROR WHEN I LOG ON TO MY COMPUTER, THIS IS EXACTLY HOW IT APPEARS....

RUNDLL
Error Loading C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\F35CRCTR.DLL
The specified module could not be found.

I HAVE SEARCHED MY COMPUTER EVERYWHERE AND CANNOT GET THIS THING TO GO AWAY!!!

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHERE I NEED TO GO OR WHAT I NEED TO DO TO GET RID OF THIS PEST. I DON'T THINK IT IS CAUSING MY COMPUTER A PROBLEM AT THIS POINT BUT I WANT IT GONE!!

I THINK I CONTRACTED THIS STUPID THING WHEN I DOWNLOADED A FREE ICON TOOLBAR LIKE AN IDIOT. WHICH I THINK I HAVE GOTTEN RID OF.

Melanie, don't type in all caps!! :)

What's happening, is that an entry key in your registry is still trying to find that software.

You can do a few things off the start. Run RegSeeker. Only this time, at the top you will find a section called Find in Registry. Type in F35CRCTR.DLL in the box, check all boxes below and run the scan. Delete all keys specifically found for that .dll file. They'll be easy to spot, as the keyword itself will be highlighted in bright blue. Do not delete any other keys found that do not have that specific file listed.

Go to Start, Run, type in msconfig. Make sure there are no "rundll32"'s starting up. If you find any, write down the path, and uncheck the box. You'll need the path name to go into the registry itself and delete those entries.

Go to Start, Run, type in regedit. Go to the following keys:

HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Run

Delete any key on the right hand side that is associated with that dll file. It will most likely start by saying "rundll32" in the Name column, then followed by the path you posted in the Data column.

If it's not there, try this key:

HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Run

and look for anything there as well. Remember, no cleaning programs are perfect...sometimes you have to do a little surgery yourself.
