LG LST-3410A - How come I can't find one to buy?

The LG LST-3410A seesm like a good HDTV receiver/DVR at a reasonable price. Although out of stock, Circuit City is advertising it at $415.00. LG indicates it is a current product on their web site. I have searched for someone that sells this product but have been unsuccessful.

Any suggestions where to find one would be appreciated. Also, I would be curious to have some insight into why this product is so hard to find.
