I got my unlock code from cingular, but they didn't give me instructions how to enter it? They say it takes they have to email that department and it will take up to 5 more days in order to get the instructions.

I don't have another sim card I know it works that way, but there is a way to bring that screen up even with my regular sim card in it. How do i do that?
