I use Nero7 Ultra on my WinXP machine.

When using Nerovision to VIEW a file, I have the option of which language track to hear.

However, when BURNING this same file, I have no such option, and wind up having the dubbed language only.

Can someone help with this problem?

Try using Nero Record instead. It will give you a list of audio tracks on the dvd and allows to to omit the ones you don't want to burn. Also, make sure you haven't set your player to select dubbed language automatically during playback.
