how do i convert my video_ts file(which is an IFO file) to a wmv file or mpeg or sumthin please help

Since windows media player will play .AVI files (windows video file), I suggest converting your dvd files to AVI.

You can do this by using a free app called AutoGK found here:
http://www.autogk.me.uk/index.php

I've not used it, so the above info is all I can provide.
