I have a PAL system with swap magic and I want to import the NTSC version of Kingdom Hearts 2 as soon as it comes out (March 28th) so it would get here in time for my sister's bday.

Is there a chance the game won't work with swap magic? Should I wait until other people try it out first?

I know swap magic doesn't always work but I don't know whether that includes original imports or if it only happens with backups/DVD9 games...

swap magic works with an imported jap version, so the NTSC version should work also.

thanks for the reply! That's very encouraging.
I guess I'm still taking a risk, though. The NTSC version might be different...

Ankoku-
well, the NTSC version is the one that is being released in the US and Canada so yes- it is definitely in English. If you live there you don't need to import... just go out and buy it :D

I will probably get it from eBay- lots of trustworthy power sellers ship worldwide. I figure I can get it for $55 including shipping.

There is also dvdboxoffice.com
this is a well known Canadian website with free international shipping but their games/DVDs are more expensive so it still comes to about $55... I hear their shipping times can be really slow, though.
