Bypassing the Format screen in HD Advance 3.0

First off, i'm new to the board so I want to say a big hello to everyone here. I've been using HD Advance 3.0 for a couple of weeks now without any issues until now. After copying a ISO backup from my PC using HDL Dump I reconnected the Maxtor HDD to my PS2 and it now gives message 'The HDD needs to format before its operational, do you want to format it now?' (the message normally seen with a new HDD). My HDD jumper is set to Master. Is there anyway to bypass the Format screen in HDA (there is just a OK button to select) or am I basically screwed and need to format and reload all my games?

Resolved the issue. Ran WinHIIP which found correctable errors on HDD which it fixed. Connected the HDD back to PS2 and was able to start HDA without issue and all my games still intact.
