I have a new PS2 slim that has a problem with either the laser not reading or the disc spin motor not working. The question is is the lense for the laser suposed to be clear or slightly cloudy?

think my V12 is pretty clear. Tpo be read discs i would say
cloudy would be a bad thing. Try cleaning it.
