Hi folks hoping some one can offer some advice. I have had nero 5 for some time and it has always worked like a dream however it was only designed for my sony burner, I have now obtained a Pioneer burner and have upgraded to nero 7.0.8.2.

the problem is that when i burn a tv episode to VCD with this version is that the sound gets out of sync and worsens as the episode goes. I never had this problem with version 5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wish I could help but I would like to assure you I am having the exact same problem with Nero 6. I have even tried converting the AVI file down to a lower compression mpeg but I still get the sound off. Do you know of any other free applications that make VCDs?

It seems like Nero can't handle the framerate that some TV shows are encoded at. I had the same prob with Nero 6.

Is the framerate of the original 23.97 per chance?

hey, i am still having probs

i have used a program in the park called winavi converter that fixed it prior to burning but, its no the point, why would an old version work fine and the new one not?
