Burn SVCD with multiple Audiostreams - how to??

Hello there,

i have got a problem in burning my mpeg2-file which is created with tmpgenc. I've muxed a second audiostream which works perfect on my standalone dvd-player and also with winDVD.
The Problem is that nero thinks the multilingual mpeg-file is a non-standard one and allows me just to burn 700mb on a 80min cdr. Usually i'm allowed to burn nearly 800mb an a svcd or vcd.

can anybody help me??
i've tried different bitrates as well with video and audio, cbr/vbr doesn't work. even vcdeasy creates bin/cue images that doesn't work correct...

my problem is not creating multilingual mpeg2-files, it's just burning more than 700mb on a 80min cdr...in svcd-mode
