I have setup my PSP and configured it to use my home wireless network. It gets an ip address from dhcp and is pingable from my PC.

My question is, can I copy ISO's from my PC to the PSP wirelessly, i.e. without connecting the USB to my PC?

No u cant mate, u ave to use the USB to MINI B connection cable.
