OGM to AVI.MPG? & keep subs and audio

Is there a way to convert OGM to something else, extract the subs(they're obviously in the file somewhere) and keep 1 of the audio tracks? There's a DVD player that will take almost anything on a DVD/CD such as AVI/MPG DIVX, yada yada. So I would like to convert OGM to AVI(preferably) and choose which audio to transfer with it while extracting the subs. I would appreciate any help/responses, thank you.
