I can watch a movie, I can burn DVD's, I can place movies on my hard drive. However, I am UNABLE to use CD's on the same drive: can't load programs, can't burn CD's - music or data. I cannot even view the contents in explorer or my computer - please load a disk.

I have only one DVD/RW and it is setup as master.
