could any1 help me, ive got a avi files from about 150mb to 175mb and i want to get them to 100mb to put on www.youtube.com. All i want to know is what easy program could i use to do this? (ive downloaded some avi compressers but there ones that would rip from a dvd or vcd i just want one that compresses the avi file.)

hey well let me just say I had the same prob dude but well they told me to use sorenson squeeze but it didnt do a lot of good to me but hey use the windows movie maker and when your done settin up the movie in the timeline click save to my computer then it will let u select best recommended playback on my pc or other settings like hight quality ntsc or large hight quality ntsc and u can select from those as well so needless to say just use the windows movie maker. I had a movie that was 1gb and when I was done using the movie maker it was like 103mb so when your done with that 150 to 175 mb it should only be 25 mb depending on the setting u selected when finishing the movie such as high quality ntsc,etc. Good luck dude.

Hey there again, i try to save my movie to my computer and u are right it says its gonna be smaller, but it says straight away that it cannot save it to the specified location due to several reasons.
Ive checked all what it says but there not what is wrong, it just keeps coming up with this.
