RM to DVD?

Are there any good tools for converting a .rm media file to DVD? I have a video clip that was created in .rm i.e. RealMedia format and so far I've had no luck in being able to convert it to DVD. I've tried using Rad Video Tools to convert it to an .avi first and then converting that to a DVD, but it doesn't seem to be being successful. I'd appreciate any suggestions anyone might have.
