V635 MP3 player help

I need help with using the MP3 player on my V635. I have been able to store and play MP3s using the 'multimedia-sounds' menu option, but can't figure out how to use it through the MP3 player under the 'Games & Apps' menu. I have installed MPT 3.25. The manual that came with my phone is useless!!! Help!
