If made in japan MIJ, it is excellent if made in Taiwan it is okay but not the best. You still should have no problems with the burn.

How do I determine if its made in Japan?
Will it say in on the package?

It will say MIJ or MIT on the package, also should say MIT on the lower part of the disk.

You can usually tell the difference between the MIT and the MIJ Fuji discs by looking at the cakebox base ...

I would look fot the Made in japan on the label over the style of cake box as a indicator or made in japan Fuji's over the Mde in Taiwan Ones - in the blue style wrapped Fuji's you will find Both MIT & MIJ's though I've only seen the Taiwans in the silver wrapper ! Happy BurninG!

I haven't seen any Fuji MIJ's in a while either here in Charlotte.
