Help with neroversion 3!!

My problem with neroversion is when i go to detect chapters of a movie it detects like 18 or 19 chapters. But when i view the chapters a lot of them are duplicates,so i delete the duplicates and have maybe 15 chapters left. But then when i got to view the menu it duplicates some of the chapters again. So on my menu page i'll have 2 copies of chapter 1, and 2 copies of chapter 2 and so on and so forth. how do i get rid of this problem??
