hey man, im having trouble loading roms for surreal 64 on my xbox and was wondering if you could help me?

the ROMS must be rar or zip and they should be in the roms folder
E:\Emulators\Surreall 64\Roms\

Yeah I have surreal loaded on my hard drive and I load default.xbe and i get an error 21 message, anyone got any ideas.
