Malfunction - Pc doesn't recognise my ROKR

The problem is that i've installed the driver for my ROKR, at first the pc was recognizing it but when trying to backup it suddenly it doesn't recognise it. Trying to unplug and plug again my ROKR but it still doesn't recognise it and still says Malfunction, device unknown. Eventhough I reinstall the driver it will still say Malfunction after a few mins after recognizing it. So i can't do anything even backup my ROKR. What should i do?

And i wanted to know where can i find the latest drivers for ROKR.
