Hello everyone, I'm new to the community, and I've been browsing the forums searching for a solution to my problem. A good friend of mine let me have his Motorola V80 and I've been trying to get it to work. We are both T-Mobile users and he was able to use the phone just fine beforehand. The phone is unlocked to my knowledge, however when I insert my SIM Card, I cannot receive a signal for some reason. What's funny is, when I'm walking around campus I may randomly get one bar for a few seconds before it disappears again. The phone is already set to T-Mobile's network, because the few times I do acquire a signal, I see T-Mobile on the main screen. Any ideas why I'm not receiving a signal?

sounds like the phone is fucked up, maybe the antenna? try reflashing your phone with a monsterpack and if that doesnt work you might just be shit out of luck.
