Thanks

Be sure you what you're doing before installing the chip. If you have no soldering skills, send it to a pro. http://www.dms3.com/dms4se/manuals.html

Yes a pro is recemmeded STRONGLY I broke my PS2 and several people have also broken their PS2's. I would go with norcalmods.com

v7 w/ Crystal Chip 1.1, Boot Manager 1.8, and HD Loader v0.7c w/ 80 GB HD
v7 w/ DMS4 Pro and Toxic OS .41 w/ 200 GB HD

Those are just the diagrams, I have seen many of these. What I am looking for is a step by step tutorial on the subject.

Thanks

sorry to say, but it really does not matter if you have a step by step tut, soldering requires some experience and a little skill and if you have not soldered before, I would not recommend trying to install the chip yourself

nah, its not that. I have soldered many times before. I just havent soldered to a Slim Ps2 and never soldered with this chip. I want something like this: http://www.mod-chip.com/Lite/DMS4_Mod_Installation_Guide_V12_LITE.pdf
because it is much easier than a diagram so my question is if anyone could provide me a username and password for this?

Thanks

if you have experience you dont need it then, the slim is not as hard to mod as some might say

Yes, by all accounts they're a lot easier to mod than fat PS2's.

Yes, I have heard many modders saying "Takes 3-4 hours of a v1-3. A V4-7 1-2 hours and any slim 45 mintues."

v7 w/ Crystal Chip 1.1, Boot Manager 1.8, and HD Loader v0.7c w/ 80 GB HD
v7 w/ DMS4 Pro and Toxic OS .41 w/ 200 GB HD
