i tried to burn god of W@r and it didnt work.the swap disc says not a valid ps2 game.i picked the iso 7.93 gb and used a DVD+R DL.any suggestions? please help asap

what media brand did you use what program did you use to burn & what burn speed?

i used decrypter and i used the iso file about 7.93 gb then i used a verbitim DVD+R DL disc then i used swap magic dvdrom and switchd disc and it said invalid ps2 game.

verbs are good discs. make sure you burn at the slowest speed possible. it could just be that you have a bad burn. i have read that a few people have had problems with DL. i have never burnt to DL so have not had any good or bad experience. the only thing i can think is a bad disc or too fast a burn?

how do i change the burn speed on the DVD Decrypter?do i have to set something to dvd-rom .please tell me how.

well i never knew that (i'm learning all the time LOL)

you may be able to rebuild the game to a single layer disc heres a link on how to do it -

the game needs to be rebuild down to DVD5 (single layer)
You can not play DVD9 (dual layer) back ups with swap magic.
Stuff like GT4, God Of War, Champions Of Norath and others
Only a good modchip like DMS4 Pro or Matrix Infinity will save you from having to rebuild all DVD9 games when using Swap Magic.
