Transferring game saves from PC to memory card for PSTwo?

Is there any way to transfer downloaded game saves from my PC to my memory card for a PSTwo?

I use the Xport/icon crippler combination. You need a USB cord (PS2 to PC) and the Xport software for both PS2 and PC. You can download the PS2 disc with a torrent, and there is a site that focuses on PS2 saves, goggle it. Get the UK Xport and Icon Crippler and you are all set.
