ok I know how to backup just the movie only but can you also add a menu?

if you put a dvd in shrink, just select full backup and follow all the prompts and your whole disc with all menus and xtras will be copied

The menu WONT work in re-author mode.
You can add the menu clip before the main movie,
And have it play for 10-15 seconds before the main movie.
Always looks nice and gives you that starting buffer.

rip your movie to the hard drive and then create your own menu when you load the movie into say TMPGEnc dvd author before you reburn to disc
