Hi, I have a matrix infinity v 1.38 and had no problem getting online. I recently bought MGS3: Subsistence and it didn't work (DNAS error message 402). I called sony and they said it may be due to modchip/cheat devices. I deleted the network config and did it again but I keep getting that message.

Is there any way around this? I really wish to have online play working and thanks in advance for any replies. Also, how do I turn off the modchip?

I don't know the instructions, but you can turn off that chip. All you have to do is search google for the instructions.
