Dirty Disc error

I just bought a philips dvd-rom drive cause my last drive had an error 11 problem. The new drive now has a dirty disc error but most of the time it boots up the game fine and then 15 minutes in it gives the error. Then the drive wont open or anything unless i leave it for like an hour. Is it the drive or the power supply.

It probabley aint the power but it is probaley used alot so take it apart and clean the laser with glass cleaner and a q tip on the mirror to reverse side.

delete the cache, turn off IGR
