Changing Modes on USB Extreme

I have just got my hands on a copy of USB Extreme which boots up fine and i can see my USB HDD no problems but i am unable to switch modes on any of my games!!! i have tried pressing select and every other button but with no joy!!!


can someone please help!!!!!!

can u use an mp3 player as a usb HDD? because i can put files on my mp3 player
