Cyberlink 4.0 Video Mail want work anymore

I used Cyberlink video mail since i got my first web cam. I have a new computer and it want reconize the web cam anymore. I just need some..." I am not sure what is the right term".... web cam software. I hope you guys don't beat me up to bad if I am in the wrong forum. Its Kodak EZ 200. I know its old but it works fine i like the clarity. If there is some software that I could use please let me know. Hopefully a free download. I have the drivers for the camera and everything. It work with a demo software but it put a disclaimer on the screen when I recorded. Just a little help
