Nero Express - DVD+RW

Greetings,

I am into digital photography and am trying to store my work on DVD+RW. What I would like to do but have been unable to do is to burn a photo shoot to DVD, close, use the same DVD, and add another shoot later without erasing my prior work. I can do this on CD. Is this something that can't be done on DVD+RW?

Related to the above is the concept of partial overwrites. How does this work?

Lastly, I keep getting this error message when I try to add multiple folders to a DVD+RW - ?Could not open (file name ? actually folder) because a JPEG marker segment length is too short (the file may be truncated or incomplete)? This happens when I try to add multiple folders to a session off of different media cards. It appears that the folders with all the files are actually on the DVD+RW but when I go to open a file I get the above error message?

Greetings,

I figured it out. I was trying to capture data from multiple scan disk media cards in one session. Apparently, you have to do this one card at a time. I suspect there is some sort of header label on each media card and the difference confuses Nero if you try to do this in one session. If I give each card its own session then things work just like they are suppose to - I can do multiple sessions and even do partial overwrites. God must love me a lot.
