Hi all. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with this, and I don't see anything related to my particular issue with it. I made the disc, it includes the eeprom.bin in the eeprom folder, it has the slayers c in the c folder, i even tried putting the e drive in on my second attempt, just to see if it makes a difference (it doesn't), then I make the iso using the included .bat executable.
I burn the image with DVDDecryptor(I use it for a lot of XBox Discs). Then I go through this awful pain reconfiguring my drives, and reboot my pc, now configured with the soon-to-be-xbox drive as primary master and the dvd drive as primary slave, then xboxhdm comes up. I select option one, and get the "I'm such a nice guy" message, and type in xboxhd. Then I see a flash of some error to do with an image not being valid, or something, and I get a command prompt that does nothing. I've honestly been working on this for a LONG time now, and I'm getting really preturbed, because these things do not generally come with much difficulty for me.
I could really use some help on it, because I'm honestly about ready to throw electronic equipment at the heads of random inccocent civilians. In short, I am past pulling out my hair.
If anyone would help me out here, I would appreciate it all so much. I finally got a 200gb drive, and even went through this big scare that it wouldn't function, now I can't get xboxhdm to function correctly, it's really antagonizing.
Sorry if this comes out frustrated or angry.... I've put a horrible amount of time and effort to do this project which, thusfar, is proving to be a gigantic smack in my face.
