I bought a few 10 packs. At that price its less than a dollar a dvd.

Aldis is a food store btw..

just thought id post if any 1 had one near them they could pick some up for themselves.

EDIT: They also Had 8x DVD-r's for same price

Good Deal Or Not? Besides buying online

Not a good deal at all ... If you shop the sales, you can find 50 packs of Sony, Fuji, Maxell and Verbatim for under $15 ... 30¢ or less each for the DVD+R or DVD-R ... at Best Buy, Circuit City, Office Depot, Staples and Office Max .. to name several good sources ...

Tevion, at it's very best may be 'B grade' Ritek or Ricohjpn ... You know, factory 'seconds' ...

There's a lot of aldi stores around my way,but I haven't seen any dvd media there. I would advise staying away from it,and if you have stores like Odd Lots/Big Lots,stay away from their dvd media as well.

Stick with the sales at office Max/best buy/office depot/staples/circuit city/and sometimes wal-greens and kmart.

30 cents max when they are on sale for verbatim/maxell/sony/fuji.Look the labels over carefully for made in japan.You can yield some taiyo yuden in sony/fuji and hitachi with the japanese maxells.

If you prefer the dash,they are cheaper on the web.Stores like supermediastore.com/rima.com/and meritline.com have some great prices on ty dash media.The plus format is not so fortunant.It runs higher on the web stores for some weird reason.
