First part of all audio CD songs chopped off?

Hello,

I've successfully used Nero v6.3.1.17 for burning audio CDs for several years with both my Sony DVD burner and my generic CD burner. I recently got a new generic DVD burner to replace my old CD burner and installed Nero v7.0.1.2 because v6.3.1.17 would not recognize the new device. Now, everything seems to work okay except burning audio CDs. When I play them on any CD player the first fraction of a second of every song is chopped off. I am using all the default Nero settings. Both of my burners produce the same results. Since, I can successfully burn with Winamp its obviously a Nero problem. I'd much prefer to continue using Nero because of its extra features and its cover designer. Is it possible for two versions of Nero to coexist on the same machine, or maybe there's an update for v6.3.1.17 that will recognize my new burner? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
