I want a digi photo to be used in a video or create a video of some of my pics, and I want the best resolution. I don't have to resize (larger and lose resolution), what should I do? Some of my pics look blurry and crappy when I add them to a video and watch on my TV, obviously its the way I took the picture in the first place. So what do I need to do to improve that?

What exactly did you help with, besides pitching for the software. I mean does this software reduce the amount of distortion when you increase the size of the picture?

i am not pitching the software,i only posted the facts of the software so that you can understand..as it works great for me to increase the size of some pixs..as in small pixs files you can not add pixels that are not there to increase the size..
most of my pixs are 500k to over one meg..i use that program mostly to bring the pix size down.

if that does not help you i know of no other way..to increase the file size with out distortion its up to you..

Thanks for your suggestion, I was looking for a software that may have built in intelligence to perhaps add pixels as you increase a photo. So it makes sense to actually take the pictures at the largest size and best resolutions to begin with, is that so? I need some guidance photo taking that is later perhaps to be used as a still in a video movie.

What is the picture size so that you can have thumbnails on your my.afterdawn account. Whenever I add a picture, it says "No Thumbnail Available" or something like that.

Hey, you want your pictures to resize without pixelating? Have you tried Photoshop CS2? it resizes any picture from a postage stamp size upwards, and it doesn't pixelate.
Also, it does a host of other things, like some blurred pictures it can sharpen up again.
If you want to make a slideshow for you tv, I suggest you have a blank template sized 1024x768, then if you are using photoshop, hold down the shift key and drag a picture into it, it will center it exactly.
I also use frames on my pictures, I bought the collection of classic frames from www.humansoftware.com they are brilliant, or you could download some freebies from adobe central, but these aren't a touch on classic frames.
