Avid DVD by Sonic w/ Avid Free DV?

hey I know this is a long shot, but I have authored this awesomely detailed dvd in Avid DVD by Sonic for a video I made in Avid Free DV. I have spent much time on the editing and the authoring of menus, etc. I go to burn the disc and get this error message:

Could not complete the last command because : Use of invalid editor : EditorBase


I really have no idea how to get past this. If anyone might know what the heck it means, please do tell. Perhaps Avid DVD doesn't work with Avid Free DV, only with their paid programs? I put a shout out on the Avid forums, but it seems the people here are more helpful. Thanks!
