Suspended due to non-functional email address

I tried to load my dvd-x-copy disc and the program I followed in the cd asked me to enter License ID and the Password. the response was that the ID and PW was't valid but the numbers I entered are exactly what I received when I purshased the product.
Does anyone have a sollution or where I can get help???
