i got a message the the burn failed, but the movie was encoded and could be burned again quickly. how???

You need to know where the output folder is where the encoded files were saved to. Then open Nero (assuming you use Nero) and choose to burn a DVD-Video. Then browse to the folder where the files were saved to and select all of them then add them and burn. That's it.
