i have a annoying problem with gameshark 2 v4. this is what i do:
First load the codes in GameShark select my codes then press start game and the disk stops moving (i have slim PS2). I next put in my Swap Magic DVD, press X, it loads swap magic menu, i then swap it with DVD loader and press X but it always goes to the red screen 'please insert PS2 disc blah blah blah. i removed memory cards, i also presed the special boot loader but i still get that silly red error screen. and i also tried from swap magic menu to boot backup directly but i still get the same results.
any ideas what the problem is? and how i can get around this? i have swap magic 3.6
remove 1 of the slim tools before you insert the swap magic dvd. The ps2 needs to know you put it in, then reinsert the piece and load swap magic. Swap for your burnt disc, and it should work.
well after trying to boot with codes a number of times i don't have the backup anymore. i went back to AR MAX lol, and besides i found a way to convert the codes that i wanted so i can use them with AR MAX anyway. and thanks for at least replying
