How can I back uP code breaker ver 8 ?

Hi there, I have orginal code Breaker ver 8 and a moded PS2 I couldnt make work, caise it says in their site it dose not work with moded PS2, any way I was thinking if I made copy of it may boot on PS2, so can someone tell me how to burn in into a DVD, I have DVD Decrypter, and I couldnt use it cause it only make ISO for DVD.

don't know if this is any help but i used this to put a gameshark on a DVD.
