Getting the speed out of Sony DRU500AX firmware 2.0f

Hi there,

I have the above Sony and I am trying to get it to write at 4x speed. But it doesn't go faster then 30min per DVD-r.

I am using Bulkpaq 4x speed, 'generation 4' etc. Are these to blame maybe?

Could any master/slave setting matter?

Any suggestion is very welcome, you could save me hours and hours!
