Xbins is back up!

i tried to connect to Xbins just now, & i got through!!! Xbins is back up now, you can download from there agian!!! Finally!

don't really now why it was down, but i have been trying to connect for about 1 week & a half to maybe two weeks... but i dont know how long before that it was down...
