Ritek DVD-R or Verbatim DVD-R, please help

OK, i am stuck between a choice of what DVD-R media to buy. Ritek seems to be a good choice for the cheaper media types. I have found two packages i am considering buying. They are:

Verbatim 2x Spindle 20 pack - $125 (AUD) = $77.50 (USD)

Ritek 2x 20pac - $80 (AUD) = $49.65 (USD)

The media will be used in a PIONEER A05/105 burner, and burnt at 1x. I am going to use these DVD-R to backup DVD movie disks, as well as PS2 disks. Which one would be a better buy???
