Can it be done or do I need to re rip the untainted ISO.
I have The Godfather and patched it with paltontsc patcher and am now trying to re-patch the already patched ISO with adrenalin patcher. Will it work?

When you patch using paltontsc, the elf file (SLES_XXX) is backed up. You should be able to rebuild the ISO with the backup elf and be back to the original ISO. If you dont know where the backup was saved, just re-rip it and you should be good to go.
