DVD2SVCD Hangs when it's almost through

This is the second time in as many tries that this has happened. It gets to the very end of the process when it is multiplexing the video and audio. The first time, it stuck at 59%, and stayed there. The second time (with a different movie) it went through the first multiplexing no prob, but now it is stuck at 70% on the second time. It is maxing out my CPU Utilization. Anyone else had this happen, have any thoughts? Thanks.
